Whether you are looking for a new watch, want a favourite one repaired or an heirloom appraised: at our shop at Wengengasse 33 in Ulm we take the time for it. We advise you personally, on request also in Turkish, and handle sales, service and buy-back under one roof.
Sales
Our main brand is Boccia titanium watches: hypoallergenic, very light and easy to wear every day, ideal for sensitive skin. Alongside them we carry classic quartz models and automatic watches for women and men, understated or with a little more sparkle. We keep matching interchangeable straps in leather, stainless steel and mesh, and size metal bracelets to your wrist on the spot.
Repair & service
We usually change the battery in about five minutes from 10 euro while you wait. We also shorten and adjust straps, replace crystals and gaskets, and overhaul mechanical movements. More involved work we pass on to experienced master workshops, and we get back to you with a cost estimate before commissioning anything.
Valuation & buy-back
Want to know what your old or inherited watch is worth? We look at it free of charge and give you an honest assessment. Gold cases and precious metals we pay out at the current market price as part of our gold buying. For any purchase we need a valid ID document, as required by law.

How long does a battery change take?
Usually just a few minutes. Simply bring the watch to Wengengasse 33 during our opening hours. In most cases we change the battery right away while you wait, from 10 euro.
Do you also shorten the strap of my watch?
Yes. We shorten and fit metal bracelets to your wrist on the spot. Leather straps and interchangeable bands in other lengths or colours we can order on request.
Do you repair mechanical or high-end watches too?
Smaller jobs we handle ourselves. Involved overhauls of mechanical watches we pass on to experienced master workshops. You always receive a cost estimate beforehand.
Can I sell an old or inherited watch?
Gladly. We appraise your watch free of charge. Gold and precious-metal cases we pay out at the current market price. A valid ID is required by law for any purchase.
Do I need an appointment for watches?
No. For battery changes, strap fitting and appraisals you can drop by without notice. We are happy to arrange an appointment if you would like to be advised at your leisure.
