What does a gold bar cost at your shop?
The price follows the daily gold rate and the size of the bar, so we cannot publish fixed prices. Just ask us briefly, or drop by during opening hours at Wengengasse 33 and we will tell you the current figure.
Which bar sizes do you keep in stock?
Minted bars run from 1 g to 100 g, plus 1 oz. Cast bars are available from 1 oz up to 1,000 g. Which sizes are on hand varies; larger denominations we order on request.
How can I tell the bar is genuine?
Every bar comes in a sealed CertiCard with its own serial number. You can check authenticity and that the seal is intact without opening the packaging. The enclosed certificate states the serial number.
What does LBMA Good Delivery mean?
It is the highest quality standard of the London Bullion Market Association: 999.9 fineness and certified origin. Bars with that status trade worldwide without deductions, which makes selling them on easier.
Can I sell investment gold back to you later?
Yes. We buy gold at daily rates and check fineness and weight in front of you. For any purchase we need a valid identity document, as the law requires.
